1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 for sale! Motorcar Classics is proud to present this stunning 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 featured Giallo (Fly Yellow) with Nero (Black) leather interior and Grey carpeting, This 275 GTB/4 was the subject of a total nut and bolt restoration by a respected marque expert circa 2012-23 the quality of which was recognized at Cavallino Classic XXIII in 2014 by a class-winning Platinum Award. This is a Long Nose, Torque Tube, Original Factory 6-carb car, rated at 300 bhp, 3,286 cc double-overhead camshaft V-12 engine, six Weber 40 DCN/3 carburetors. Featuring Ferrari's first five-speed manual transaxle. History is documented by respected Ferrari expert, Marcel Massini.

The Ferrari 275 GTB/4 was launched at the Paris Salon in October 1966 and it introduced the first-ever double-overhead-camshaft engine in a Ferrari road car. It was also dry-sumped standard racing practice, as used in the 'Hot Rod' 275 GTB Competizione Speciales. Topped by six Weber carburettors la 250 GTO, the smooth and flexible motor produced a reliable 300bhp, more than enough for 165mph. It took just 15 seconds to be travelling at 100mph from standstill. Just 330 were built, from 1966 to 1968.

Designed by Pininfarina, and bodied by Scaglietti, the 275 GTB/4 is one of Ferrari's most enduring designs. Features include sparkling Borrani wire wheels and Nardi wood-rim steering wheel. With power, balance and poise, it is Ferrari's consummate GT car.

Originally delivered in Milan, Italy, the car came to the US in the early 1970's where it was owned by a number of prominent collectors. The original colors were Agrento (Silver)/Nero, and in earlier restorations it was also shown and prominently auctioned in both Giallo/Nero and Nero/Nero. The definitive restoration was completed in 2013 in Giallo, one of the most flattering and desirable colors on a 275. Of course our car includes books and pouch, tools, tool roll, and jack. The car is well-sorted and ready to shine at any concours or touring event.
