#s match, documented, pristine, gorgeous!

INTRODUCTION: #s match and documented by the original owner's family! $120,000 frame off restoration. A very interesting story: the family posted this car's VIN on CorvetteForum in 2005 looking for their father's car. They stated they “have the original paperwork including the retail installment contract, certificate of title and other paperwork”. The other paperwork included a handwritten order form listing the options and pricing for this car. I was searching the internet, researching this car and I ran across their post. I made contact with them and we were all very excited to talk to each other. The children verified that the car was born a 435 hp car. They have vintage pictures of the car and the original paperwork. We have copies of the paperwork shown in our pictures and we have contact info to the original owner's family!

EXTERIOR: I'm in love! This incredible Corvette coupe design with the boattail rear and stinger hood is further enhanced in its original Elkhart Blue color. It's absolutely gorgeous, the color shimmers showing off the beautiful curves. The Lynndale Blue stinger stripe is first class. The body is in pristine shape, I didn't find any damage or cracking and everything fits square and flush. You can close the doors with one finger, the headlights open and close properly. All of the chrome was replaced, the stainless trim is polished like chrome. It has all new date coded and tinted reproduction glass. The jambs are even detailed with new latches, weatherstrips and sill plates. The side exhaust looks great and sounds even greater! It's rolling on a set of 15 inch aluminum bolt-on wheels wrapped in Coker radial red line tires.

INTERIOR: The interior lives up to the exterior! Beautiful factory teal blue color, the seats were upgraded to genuine leather including on the optional headrests. The carpet looks fresh front to back and has reproduction mats. It even has reproduction seat belts dated 1967. The door panels, knobs and handles look new. The entire dash area is mint! Dash pads, glovebox door, and gauges all look like new. It has the correct 6,500 redline tachometer and quartz movement in the clock. Everything works including the factory AM/FM radio and interior lights. The console is mint and is home to the correct 4-speed shifter. It has an optional teakwood steering wheel and the glovebox is complete with the pouch and manuals. Overhead the headliner, visors and mirror look new.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: #s-matching and restored to like-new condition. Extensive research and cross-referencing were performed on the engine dates, codes, and casting numbers, all of which align correctly. The VIN stamping on the engine pad matches the car, the broach marks and stampings appear authentic, and the vehicle's production build date corresponds properly with the component dates. Power comes from the legendary 427ci/435 HP engine featuring high compression, solid lifters, square-port heads, and an aluminum intake topped with three Holley carburetors. Correct valve covers with dimples, factory ignition shielding, and deep-groove pulleys designed for high-RPM operation are all in place. Correct reproduction hoses and clamps have been used, finishes throughout are fresh, the wiring has been replaced, and the car is equipped with power steering.

UNDERSIDE: The body was removed from the frame, and the underside of this car is detailed to a truly like-new standard—it looks as though it was completed just last night. Every component was either replaced or reconditioned to factory specifications. The four-wheel independent suspension was completely rebuilt, as was the power steering system. Disc brakes are fitted at all four corners, with the entire braking system rebuilt or replaced, including properly connected emergency brake cables.

Looking up from below, the engine is spotless in correct Chevy Orange, fitted with the proper starter and canister-style oil filter. The car retains its original VIN-matching, correctly dated Muncie close-ratio 4-speed transmission, along with a rebuilt driveshaft leading back to the rebuilt original rear end. It features a 3.73 Posi with correct dates and codes. Every finish underneath is show-quality, right down to recreated assembly-line markings. The fiberglass floors are pristine and the spare tire carrier is complete.

SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.

CONCLUSION: This Corvette embodies everything a top-tier collector car should be. Its beauty is instant and emotional, its power and sound are exhilarating, and its long-term desirability makes it a true blue-chip investment. The quality throughout is simply off the charts.
