Here is a very nice 79 Trans Am that had the Front Clip of a 70-73 Trans Am Put on it. This is a cool car. This 79 Trans Am has the Fresh 455 Engine that has almost no miles on it and has an aftermarket Edelbrock Carb on it and other misc. ad ons. This car cranks but won't fire. I was told that is had something to do with adjusting the carb or something along those line. The car has sat for a long time and the seals or something might be bad. It does have the Automatic Transmission that is a new AAMCO transmission that also has almost no miles on it and has had an Aftemarket B&M Shifter installed in it. The body of this car has just over 100K which is low for a car like this. It just needs someone to tinker around with and get it going. The exterior of this car is in nice shape. 70-73 was one of the most popular year Trans Ams and that why I think they put that front end on this car. It actually looks good on the car and a lot of people wouldn't notice unless you told them. The hood was also changed to match the front end and doesn't have the normal hood scoop these cars came with. The car needs to be repainted. It was red at some point but the paint is basically faded away. The body is straight and there is very little rust on the car so fixing it and painting it wouldn't take much at all. Has a very nice set of Chrome Aftermarket Wheels that just need to be shined up and a nice set of tires to go with it.

The interior is in good condition on this car but is not perfect. It has the red interior to match the exterior. The drivers seats is worn and does have rips on the bottom and back. The passenger seat is in good shape except for a tear on the back on the seam. The back seats are in great shape and don't have any rips or tears anywhere, just minor fading from the sun. The carpets are in good shape except for it being worn on the drivers side. The door panels used to be red and look like they were painted black at some point and is wearing off in spots. The dash has some cracks in it and the headliner is in good condition. This car is just a nice project car that is clean and doesn't need a ton of work. Just someone who can tinker around on it and getting it running and fix it up. I took pictures of every detail of this car so you can get the full picture and know exactly what you are getting.
